Aspen has been a good friend of my sister growing up and now that we’re married and having kids we’ve become friends too. She is such a sweet girl and I was so excited when I heard she was finally adding a little girl to their family! I wasn’t able to be a part of this birth story but I was happy to help them put a video together. I’ve only been able to be a part of one c-section besides my own (but I was asleep during it) so I haven’t been able to actually see the baby come out. It is so crazy how they can open your body to deliver a baby and leave a small scar behind. She had a big support system cheering her on and she did amazing! She was even wearing pants when she came for her newborn session! Nellie is lucky to become part of a great family!
